By booking a service with TopFloor Detailing LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not book or use our services.
TopFloor Detailing LLC provides professional mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior detailing, paint decontamination, ceramic coating, headlight restoration, and odor elimination, performed at a location designated by the Customer.
Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By booking a service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to authorize detailing services on the vehicle in question.
Any price estimates provided prior to service are non-binding. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle, size, and scope of work required. We will communicate any additional charges before proceeding with work beyond the originally agreed scope.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a late cancellation fee. No-shows without notice may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the booked service. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or equipment issues, with as much advance notice as possible.
6.1 Plan Options and Pricing
We offer two recurring membership plans: Shine Club ($99/month) and Elite Club ($149/month), as described on our website and in our service materials. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.
6.2 Billing Cycle
Membership fees are billed on a monthly recurring basis beginning on the date of enrollment.
6.3 Auto-Renewal
Memberships automatically renew each month unless cancelled by the Customer. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing at least 5 business days' written notice before your next billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted by calling (774) 526-2989.
6.5 Skip Option
Elite Club members may skip one (1) billing cycle per calendar year by notifying us at least 5 business days before the billing date.
6.6 Pricing Changes
We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any pricing changes to your membership plan.
The Customer is responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and that the service location has adequate space and water access if required.
We will document the condition of your vehicle before beginning service. TopFloor Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, paint chips, dents, rust, cracked glass, faded trim, or mechanical issues. By booking our services, you acknowledge that our process may reveal pre-existing imperfections that were not previously visible.
If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will schedule a complimentary return visit to address any missed areas or concerns. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage or conditions beyond the scope of the service booked.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TopFloor Detailing LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
TopFloor Detailing LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property left in the vehicle during service. Customers are strongly advised to remove all valuables before the appointment.
All content, branding, and materials associated with TopFloor Detailing LLC, including our name, logo, and service descriptions, are the intellectual property of TopFloor Detailing LLC and may not be used without prior written permission.
13.1 Types of Messages: We send transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates) and marketing messages (promotions, offers โ with express written consent only).
13.2 Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to transactional messages. Marketing messages require separate explicit opt-in.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your membership at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward our staff, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Rankin County, Mississippi, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TopFloor Detailing LLC with respect to our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
